Why were shots fired in Helderkruin View last night?
The Record would like to put residents at ease regarding the shots that were fired in the Heldekruin View area last night (4 May).
Somewhere between 9pm and 10pm, Absolute Security was alerted about suspicious persons in the greenbelt. Three of their reaction officers responded.
“While on scene three shots were fired but it is uncertain by whom”, said owner of Absolute Security, Gibbs Alberts.
As far as the security company could determine no successful crime had been committed in the area.
