17-year-old Cemon Jade Koch of Trinityhouse Little Falls High School’s modelling abilities have landed her in the finals of the SA Teen Ambassador Shine Party pageant.

The grade 11 learner made the cut to join 22 other finalists from a pool of over 100 semi-finalists.

As Cemon aims for the crown of SA Teen on 1 December, she shared little of who she is. “I am a very active person and my hobbies include playing sport and going out dancing,” she said.

She also shared her future dreams and reasons for entering the pageant. “I would love to study to become a teacher after school as I feel very passionate about children and shaping the youths minds. I entered this competition to become an ambassador for young women and be a role model to my peers. I believe that all young girls should have access to guidance on how to acquire the skills to become confident and well- adjusted young women,” she explained.
