Update: Elderly couple’s hijacked vehicle found abandoned
Vehicle was hijacked in Witpoortjie.
The vehicle belonging to the elderly couple who were hijacked in Koeberg Street, Witpoortjie at about 10am on Friday, 26 October, was found abandoned in Braamfischerville approximately 40 minutes later.

The couple was hijacked by two armed males who fled with the vehicle and all the victims’ belongings in it. It is uncertain whether the couple was seriously harmed.
The armed robbers are still at large.
