is doing the rounds on Youtube and is gradually gaining popularity.

The video clip shows two males climb onto the road from the rails and checking out the passenger seat of the car in front of the viewer. When they notice that they are being filmed, they swiftly make a run for it.

The two suspected grabbers both take turns peeking into the cars as they wait for the light to turn green and are seen to be making their way in between the traffic. One of them, comes closer to the car where the video is being taken and abruptly turns away when he notices the camera.
