National Personal Trainer’s Awareness Day
Acknowledge these hardworking professionals on #PersonalTrainerAwarenessDay
2 January, the day after New Year’s Day, is National Personal Trainer Awareness Day, a day created to acknowledge and celebrate the Personal Trainer.
One of the most common New Year’s resolutions is to get into shape, eat better and work out more or to get fit and healthy.
These intentions of the majority of the world’s population ensure that this is the busiest time for personal trainers all over the world.
National Personal Trainer Awareness Day was created to remind people that professionals are available to assist them with the realisation of their resolutions, and to help make those promises turn into a reality.
Personal trainers play a major role in helping people through their journey towards achieving their health and fitness goals.
