Residents of Featherbrooke Estate fuming over dumping

Some residents of Featherbrooke Estate are furious after they allegedly caught Smart Waste employees dumping waste in their backyard.

The Smart Waste vehicle is said to have dumped waste into the crocodile river on Sunday 29 September in broad daylight.

One of the Featherbrooke residents, Seth Maanda said, “It is very disturbing to see a big company that collects waste from sites such as Cradlestone Mall behave in this manner. We ought to continue to be vigilant and stop this type of behavior.”
