Two women injured in last night’s collision
The exact circumstances surrounding the collision are not known to ER24, Ross said.
Two females travelling together in a light motor vehicle were left with moderate to serious injuries following a collision with another vehicle on Christiaan de Wet Road in Strubens Valley last night, Thursday, 7 March.
According to ER24 spokesperson, Ross Campbell, their paramedics arrived on the scene just before 9pm to find the two vehicles and a trailer on the side of the road.

“The passenger from the first vehicle, a 52-year-old woman, required advanced life support interventions before being transported to Helen Joseph Hospital. The driver of the first vehicle had suffered slightly less serious injuries and was transported by another service to the same hospital. The occupants of the second vehicle had not sustained any injuries,” Ross explained.
