Four-year-old dies after falling from window
Circumstances surrounding incident uncertain.
A little boy believed to be four years old sadly died yesterday (11 December) from injuries sustained when falling out of a window, said ER24 spokesperson Chitra Bodasing Harduth.
According to information received, the boy fell from the third storey of a building in Fleurhof.
Fire and Rescue as well as ER24 paramedics attended to the child. Paramedics found that the boy had sustained multiple injuries and was in a critical condition.
He was transported to hospital. At the hospital the boy’s condition worsened and he had to be resuscitated. Despite all efforts to save him, the boy died.
The circumstances surrounding the incident are unknown.
