Baseball club fundraiser
The Cobras, Dragon Wings and Little Wings Baseball Clubs will be hosting a fundraiser this weekend at the Cecil Payne Sports Stadium.
The event will start at 6pm today. The funds will go towards the club in paying for equipment, uniforms and usage of the stadium.
“All the money we manage to raise will go to things needed to sustain the players,” said the club’s Reiggs Wing.
The clubs have been fundraising throughout the year and this weekend they will be selling chicken tikka and chips.
