Many say the bond between a father and a daughter is unbreakable.
National Father and Daughter Take a Walk Day was introduced to allow that bond between a dad and his daughter to grow.
Mecayla Le Roux, 16, from Florida expressed her love for her dad as she said he has always been there for her.
“The bond between my dad and I can never be broken because he is my first love,” she said.
She added that she might take a walk with him to celebrate this day if the weather is not too cold outside.
You, too can celebrate by spending time with your dad and by telling him how much you love him.
