Maragon Ruimsig maintains 100 per cent pass rate

Maragon Ruimsig Class of 2019 wrote the Independent Examinations Board (IEB) examinations and obtained an impressive 100 per cent pass rate, 90 per cent Bachelor's pass rate and a seven per cent diploma pass rate.

The spirits were high at Maragon Ruimsig on Tuesday, 7 January when the 2019 matric learners, together with parents and teachers, gathered at the school to celebrate the success of the Class of 2019.

Maragon Ruimsig Class of 2019 wrote the Independent Examinations Board (IEB) examinations and obtained an impressive 100 per cent pass rate, 90 per cent Bachelor’s pass rate and a seven per cent diploma pass rate.

Maragon Ruimsig principal, Reinhard de Klerk said, “It is not our part to master all the tides of the world, but to do what is in us for the succour of those years wherein we are set, uprooting the evil in the fields that we know, so that those who live after may have clean earth to till. We are very proud of our Class of 2019 and wish them all the best with their future endeavours.”

Most of the learners were happy with what they have achieved and displayed a high degree of confidence in their future plans as far as education is concerned.

The 2019 head girl and dux scholar, Tristyn Ferreiro said, “Congratulations to my fellow matrics of 2019. I am so proud of every single one of you. Good luck with the future and everything you plan to do.”
