I told my mind I was ready

After a day of rest and getting my things in order, I was still eager to return to the office the next day, Monday, 6 January.

As I drove back six hours from my holiday destination (KZN) to return to the job I dearly love, my mind was rejuvenated and ready for work.

On the morning of the first day, all my psychological readiness went down the drain as I felt like crying and wishing God to reverse the time.

However, I had to face reality like everyone else that has made it back to their work environments.

If 2019 was the year in which you stumbled the most, let 2020 be the year in which you rectify all the wrongs and pursue your dreams.

For the class of 2019 that has recently received their results, I hope you reaped what you have sown. Opportunities are endless in this universe even if your results weren’t what you expected. Make sure you seek advice about what you wish to pursue in 2020 because your future is in your hands.
