Excitement was the order of the day at Hirsch’s Strubens Valley recently when they presented their monthly Kitchen Capers event at the Whirlpool stand.
Eve Solomons from Good Enough to Eat dazzled the guests with her interactive vegan food demonstration.
She prepared a mushroom stroganoff with a delicious salad while sharing the health benefits of veganism.
Hirsch’s Public Relations Officer, Marjone Barnard, said, “The guests consisted of veteran vegans, and vegan newbies. Each attendee was given the opportunity to lend a helping hand and the interaction was wonderful. The crowd had great fun and not a single taster serving was wasted.”
