The little ones at Junior College Snuggles held a Science Expo on Thursday, 22 August, with the learners presenting their scientific demonstrations with the assistance of a parent.
The judges scored the learners on their creativity and their understanding of science, and there was also a prize for the best dressed.

Teacher Tania Lewis–Williams said, “Fabulous effort by everybody and the learners were second to none today; it was not magic but science.”
It was evident that Science helps children develop key life skills, including an ability to communicate, remain organised and focused.

One of the parents, Siya Mkhwanazi, said, “This is very educational, it was lovely to watch all the children display their creative side and all the parents getting involved.”
