Sentra owners set on serving their community

Customers are guaranteed that they will be attended to as if they are part of the Sentra family as all the staff members have been to extensive customer service training.

Business partners, Naas van Zyl and Anton Coetser of Sentra Supermarket in Strubens Valley, opened their new supermarket on Sunday, 23 June at Riverview Shopping Centre.

Naas said, “My partner and I wish to serve the community in all we do, that is why we chose Sentra, Sentra is a devision of the OK Foods Franchise, which most of us can remember growing up with, and we wish to build on this legacy.”

Anton said, “Our service departments have been upgraded and training has been provided by our service providers. In addition, we hope to improve on our selection and offerings.”

Sentra wishes to give back to the community by implementing the Infinity Rewards system where customers get one per cent cash back on their spend. This is not a points-based system and customers will receive the benefit from their very first spend.
