Vision Sport hosts Warriors 7’s league finals

The Warriors 7’s league saw 75 teams taking part over the past seven weeks, with the finals being held on Saturday.

Vision Sport hosted the Warriors 7’s league finals that took place at Trinity School Little Falls on Saturday, 8 June, with boys from the ages of U/11 to U/19 taking part.

The programme started at 8am, with the U/11 Plate finals between Curro Aurora and Curro Waterstone.

Seventy-five teams participated in the Warriors 7’s league over the past seven weeks, with Saturday being the finals of the league.

A lot of singing, chanting and impressive war cries were the order of the day as each of the age groups’ winners received medals, a cup, a plate and a shield.

After the final match of the day between Maragon Ruimsig and French side, Lycee Jules Verne, Vision Sport invited two teams to take part in the Annual Vision Sport 7’s Tournament in Mauritius.

To conclude the day, several U/13 and U/18 boys were selected to take part in the Vision Sport Mauritius 7’s Tournament.

The 7th edition of the Vision Sport Mauritius 7’s will be held during the September school holidays.
