Pedestrian injured while crossing Hendrik Potgieter Road

A 40-year-old woman was transported to hospital yesterday evening, Thursday, 30 May, after being struck by a car in Little Falls.

According to a Netcare 911 post, paramedics arrived at 5.56pm at the accident scene, on the corner of Johan Street and Hendrik Potgieter Road.

According to the report, the pedestrian was struck down while crossing the road.

“The patient was assessed on scene by medics and found to have sustained moderate injuries. Once treated, she was transported by ambulance to hospital for further treatment,” the post read.
