MMC for Economic Development and Ward 97 councillor, Leah Knott has urged residents to liaise with her assistant, Ward 97 PR councillor Ralf Bittkau regarding ward-related issues.
After assuming the position of MMC for the City of Johannesburg’s Department of Economic Development, Knott had to focus more on driving the economic growth of the City, which is why she decided early last year to share the ward duties with Bittkau.
However, she remains the councillor of the ward and Bittkau is her assistant. He has vast experience as a councillor, and has been on the ground in Ward 97 assisting residents with their municipal-related issues.
