Mayor set to visit the elderly

Adapting to the digital age of social media and access to the internet remains a challenge for many elderly residents of Roodepoort.

This is why Ward 89 councillor, Amelia Bester, has arranged a meeting for the elderly in her ward to discuss service issues in the presence of the City of Johannesburg Mayor, Herman Mashaba, on Monday, 18 March.

Amelia indicated that the meeting will be held at Elm Park Retirement Village on Suzanne Crescent in Fairland at 6.30pm.
