Allen Glen welcomes primary schools for sports day
Hundreds of rugby and netball players took part in the sports day.
Allen Glen High School welcomed a number of primary schools to take part in yet another netball and rugby day hosted by the school on Saturday, 23 February.
Schools from all over the West Rand, and Johannesburg made the trip to Allen Glen to put their best foot forward on the rugby fields and netball courts. Each of the sports tournaments was held in a cup format, with group stages first, followed by quarterfinals, semifinals, and naturally the final.
The winning school in each discipline was rewarded with a special trophy at the end of the day, which was made possible by the help received from Mazda Clearwater and the school’s newest rugby partner, BCI Security.
