Man knocked over in Little Falls

ER24’s spokesperson Russel Meiring said ER24 paramedics arrived on the scene to find the man lying in the slow lane of the road.

 

A man, believed to be in his 30s, was left critically injured on Monday night, 24 September, when he was knocked over by a light motor vehicle on Hendrik Potgieter Road in Little Falls.

ER24’s spokesperson, Russel Meiring, said ER24 paramedics arrived on the scene to find the man lying in the slow lane of the road.

“Paramedics assessed him and found that he had sustained numerous injuries and was in a critical condition. The man was treated for his injuries and was provided with advanced life support interventions. Once treated, the man was transported to Helen Joseph Provincial Hospital for further treatment,” Meiring explained.

“The details surrounding this incident are not yet known, but local authorities were on the scene for further investigation,” he concluded.
