Magical Day of Giving at local school
Olaf sang and danced and then taught the children about having God’s love.
Trinityhouse Little Falls Pre-Primary School recently celebrated ‘Other People’s Day’, a day on which the learners dressed up to a theme and brought donations of either money or goods to help a charitable cause.

The children were surprised by a visit from Olaf ‘everyone’s favourite snowman’ from the movie Frozen. He sang and danced and then taught the children about having God’s love in their hearts and giving, about not letting our hearts become “frozen” but keeping them warm and full of love towards others. The children were so excited to see Olaf they could barely contain themselves! Overall, they had a fantastic day celebrating a fantastic, worthy cause. In total, our Pre-Primary school raised R1 223,50 for Ekukhanyeni.

“The children were stunned when Olaf arrived this morning. What an amazing surprise! Even our moms were taking selfies with Olaf while the children surrounded him and gave him many hugs. They thoroughly enjoyed themselves as he sang and danced with them and then taught them a very special lesson,” said Sarah Harvey, the senior deputy principal of Trinityhouse Pre-Primary School.
