I have been a resident of Weltevreden Park for 30 years and it has become apparent that the neighbourhood and its residents have been forgotten. The area is in a rapid state of deterioration and it seems as if the higher authority does not care.
I think Mayor Mashaba should be made aware of the current state of things. We need to raise awareness as property values are plummeting and crime is rising.
