Advtech congratulates Maragon’s Michael Philips
Advtech's schools division recently held an awards ceremony where they congratulated the top achievers from each of the schools that fall under the company's umbrella.
Advtech’s school division held its ninth annual Top Achievers Awards ceremony at The Venue in Sandton.
Maragon Schools is one of the seven school brands managed by Advtech, and Maragon Ruimsig’s top achiever, Michael Philips, was rewarded for his 2017 results.
As the award winner, Michael received a Tomato Watch gift set, a Zig Zag bag sponsored by Busby, a R300 voucher sponsored by Exclusive Books, a R1 000 Apple iTunes voucher and a 32GB Apple iPAD Pro sponsored by Advtech and Absa as well as a crystal trophy and certificate from Advtech.
Michael achieved eight distinctions in his matric year (English Home Language, Afrikaans First Additional Language, Mathematics, Life Orientation, Physical Sciences, Information Technology, Accounting, and Advanced Programme Mathematics) with an average of 90,8 percent.
Mike Aitken, CEO of Advtech’s Schools Division, congratulated the class of 2017 on their excellent achievements.
