Big learners surprise little learners

The jackets were specially made and embroidered for the little ones.

The Grade 8 learners at Trinityhouse High School Little Falls recently put smiles on the faces of a whole lot of the children at Cradle – Tjokkertjies vir Jesus in Krugersdorp. The learners paid a surprise visit to the facility to deliver 31 little rain jackets, which were a special gift to the children. The jackets were specially made and embroidered for the little ones.

Funds won in an Afrikaans Spelkampioenskap by the learners made the project possible.

The school has been supporting the facility on a continuous basis. The learners also got to know the little ones by playing with them after the handover.
