Nasty C and crew tied up during house robbery
Rolex watch among the expensive stolen items
Gauteng Provincial Communications Officer Captain Mavela Masondo has confirmed that police are on the hunt for two suspects involved in a house robbery which saw rapper Nasty C lose personal items in the early hours of 20 September.
According to Masondo, the two armed suspects stormed into a property in Roodekraans where the rapper and his crew were, held them at gunpoint and robbed them of their valuables.
“I can confirm that they were robbed of two laptops, two tablets, cellphones and a Rolex watch,” said Masondo to the Northsider.

It is understood that the suspects entered the house through a bathroom window and found seven victims (including Nasty C).
Two were sleeping in the bedroom and others were seated in the living room watching television.
It is also understood that the suspects forced all the victims into a studio where five of the victims (excluding two girls) were tied up with cable ties.
The stolen items are estimated to be worth R800 000.
Masondo also indicated the suspects are still at large. Fortunately, no injuries were sustained during the incident.
The Northsider will update the public as information becomes available.
