I really must inform you regarding the misinformation being sent in and published regarding Vumatel.
(I do not work for them.)
The process is as follows: Vumatel requests permission to do a site survey, which is then signed off by the trustees.
The cabling is then done in and around the complex as per the site survey.
At this point, there has been no charge whatsoever to any owner/ body corporate.
It is then the individual owners’ choice if they wish to connect, and only then does a fee become payable directly to Vumatel by such owner.
