UPDATE: Four-way stop on Jim Fouché Road still expected
CONSTANTIA KLOOF – The temporary four-way stop has not yet been implemented on Jim Fouché Road and Wilhelmina Avenue.
Temporary road traffic signs have yet to be placed leading up to the intersection of Jim Fouché Road and Wilhelmina Avenue.
A temporary four-way stop as well as advanced warning signs were meant to be added on 20 June. The four-way stop was going to be placed to calm the traffic in the area to avoid accidents approaching the roadworks at this intersection.

Delta BEC site technician, Diogo Borges, confirmed the signs have not been placed. Borges will only be able to give more clarity on the project’s way forward after a project meeting on 28 June.
The project is to expand Wilhelmina Avenue and implement sub-soil drainage systems on the road, which will eventually carry over to Constantia Drive.
