Blasting on JG Strijdom Road will divert traffic

WELTEVREDEN PARK – Traffic will be diverted from JG Strydom Road due to blasting on 20 and 21 June.

Blasting for the F46 Rand Water Project is scheduled to take place along JG Strijdom Road in the section of Batoka Avenue and the intersection of Haak en Steek and 9th Avenue.

This section of JG Strijdom Road will be closed to all traffic during the blasting, which is weather dependent and planned for 20 and 21 June. The road will be reopened for traffic once the blasting has been completed in the area.

All traffic will be diverted via Batoka Avenue, Albert Street and Haak en Steek Avenue. It is recommended to keep sensitive pets indoors for the duration of the blasting.

The F46 Rand Water Project regrets any inconvenience caused.
