Final preparations make way for traffic management plan
WELTEVREDEN PARK – The traffic management team make final preparations this week for the continuation of the F46 Rand Water Pipeline Project.
WELTEVREDEN PARK – The unfavourable weather has slowed down the continuation of the F46 Rand Water Pipeline Project, however, the traffic management team is convening to carry out final preparations for the project to start again.
The main team consists of four members led by senior traffic safety officer, Edgar Booysens.
“There are still a few things we need to sort out such as the correct personal protective equipment and signage, which we hope to sort out this week,” said Booysens.
He explained that he would try to push the project forward and for the traffic plan to be implemented sooner, but that moving everything forward could not compromise the project.
If the project was not fully operational in time, the plan will not be implemented by 6 March.
