Arrows of Destiny spreads love to Roodepoort SPCA

WELTEVREDEN PARK – Children and staff at Arrows of Destiny Christian Academy spread love to the Roodepoort SPCA on Valentine’s Day as part of showing love to the animals and giving back to the community.
The academy, together with Agapeland Nursery School, coordinated a cake sale at the school’s premises to raise much-needed funds for the association.
The children wore red and white and shared the spirit of love by forming a heart on the grass.
School principal Jeanette Porter said since the academy had a lot of heart, they decided to encourage all their children to share the spirit of love with everyone, not just their friends.
She added that the school raised funds from the cake sale and donated proceeds in the form of food and blankets to Roodepoort SPCA.
