The sun shone brightly on The King’s School West Rand’s spring celebrations, where pupils enjoyed picnics on the school lawns.
Pupils of the high, primary and pre-school all brought along their picnic baskets for break time. High school pupils took the opportunity to test out their skills on the school’s outdoor chess board.
Even class work took on a brighter hue as the Grade 3s were tasked with drawing a picture of what they want to be when they grow up.
Marketing officer, Michelle Dos Ramos, said, “We are so grateful to be blessed with the new season, that is why we decided to celebrate with a picnic. It is so nice to see everyone out and enjoying the sunshine.”
