Two suspects locked up in Ruimsig

RUIMSIG – Two suspects are arrested by Muldersdrift SAPS.

Detective Sergeant Manana of Muldersdrift Police Station arrested two men between the ages of 20 and 30 years on 17 November in Ruimsig.

The two suspects were arrested at about 6am for aggravated assault, housebreaking and theft.

According to Warrant Officer Hilter Ngwenya spokesperson for Muldersdrift Police, “It is alleged that the two suspects committed the offences on 14 November at about 8pm.”

The victim allegedly closed and locked his spaza shop and went to his home in Ruimsig Informal Settlement.

Upon his return the same day, he noticed that the door was forced open, the two suspect then allegedly assaulted the victim.

WO Ngwenya added, “The suspects will appear in the Krugersdorp Magistrates’ Court soon.”
