Two ducks have made the swimming pool inside Charterhouse Preparatory School their home.
Coordinator marketing of Maravest Schools, Belinda Espag said the school is pleased that the ducks have decided to make the school their place to raise their youngsters.
“The children and staff are very proud to say Charterhouse has its own flock of wild ducks,” said Espag.
Espag said the birds do not only contain themselves to the pool area, but are also regularly seen waddling around the classrooms.
“It seems as if the ducks have a need for some intellectual stimulation as well,” said Espag.
She said the children treat the ducks gently and with respect.
Espag concluded and said they hope the ducks will return in 2016 once again.
