UPDATE: Shooting in Little Falls

A shooting incident took place at 11.10am at the corner of Fredenharry Road and Kwiksilwer Avenue, Little Falls.

Honeydew Police officers and Dunmar Protection & Security guards confirmed on the scene that about three armed suspects attempted to rob a house on the corner but had to flee.

They emerged from the house and hijacked a man driving a Mercedez Benz, and took his firearm.

Guards from the security company were first to arrive and a shootout ensued between them and the suspects.

According to a resident who wishes to remain anonymous , one of the suspects was shot and injured.

Police and the security company are still pursuing the suspects.
