Can anybody help? An accident occurred on the evening of 31 December 2014 sometime between 7.45 pm and 8.15pm on Christian de Wet Road just past the bridge over Hendrik Potgieter.
Our dear friend was travelling towards Honeydew, riding a black Suzuki Boulevard cruiser motorcycle and had stopped at the traffic light waiting to turn off Christian de Wet onto Hendrik Potgieter Road. He remembers a car stopped next to him waiting at the lights as well.
The green flash arrow appeared and when he turned right, he was hit by a silver Kia Picanto which was travelling toward Roodepoort.
One witness stopped and gave his details to the driver of the Kia but she has unfortunately lost the contact details.
We would really appreciate this witness and the driver of the car that was stopped next to the motorcycle, or anyone else who may have seen anything, to please come forward if at all possible. This could make a life-changing difference.
