No injuries reported in the truck accident

An overturned truck on the intersection of N14 and Hendrik Potgieter Road in Muldersdrift has left traffic hugely backed up. According to Denver Ramnarain of Quick Response Services, the driver of the delivery truck lost control of the vehicle and it overturned and stood on its roof.

“Fortunately, the three occupants of the vehicle including the driver, did not suffer any injuries.”

Emergency services are working on removing the vehicle from the intersection to allow normal traffic flow. “We are hoping that the vehicle will be moved before the rush hour traffic,” said Ramnarain.

Traffic is moving slow on the N14 and Hendrik Potgieter Road intersection.
