Meet the new faces of Clearwater Mall
STRUBENS VALLEY - Clearwater Mall crowns their new ambassadors.
Khanya Modipa and Sasha Robertson are the new faces of Clearwater Mall. The duo together with other models ramped it up at Clearwater Mall as they were contesting to be crowned the new faces of the mall.
On Friday 19 September, nine female and 10 male finalists battled the title on stage at Clearwater Mall in Struben’s Valley.
Former Miss SA Melinda Bam and Paul Carlisle were the MCs of the event.
Northside household brands were part of a panel of judges of the event. Mr SA finalist Armand du Plessis and Mrs SA first princess Riana Mooi were also part of the judges who had the tough job of selecting the winner.
Robertson (18), who is a pupil from Hoëskool Florida, said the competition was very tough and didn’t think he will be the winner. Being involved with community uplifting projects is one of the things that Robertson plans to do. “I want to raise awareness about the dangers of abusing animals,” explained Robertson. With that said, he plans to spend more of his time with SPCA.
Khanya Modipa, who is a senior trainee accountant, said she was over the moon with her win. “I’m really glad that Clearwater Mall gives young people such a great platform to make a mark for themselves in the industry.”
