Water outage plans enrage residents

Johannesburg Water has advised that there will be a 24 hour disruption to the water supply of certain areas of Fairland as Rand Water replaces a valve on their F14 line.

Our sister paper the Northcliff Melville Times took to the streets asking residents if they think the water disruptions are a violation of their human rights.
