Cucumber aloe body mist

This mist has a totally unique smell. It’s refreshing and elevating and will uplift your mood. Rosewater will soften you skin and aloe will soothe it.

Ingredients:

• 1 cucumber

• 1 squeeze of lemon

• 1 teaspoon aloe vera gel

• 1 tablespoon rosewater

Method:

1. Peel one cucumber and cut it up into little pieces and place in a blender and

3. Strain the juice into a bowl.

4. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.

5. Transfer the mixture into a spray bottle.

6. If you wish to dilute the mixture, add some distilled water.

Vanilla cardamom body mist

Cardamom pairs nicely with vanilla. Cardamom has a distinct cool, spicy smell that is unlike any other. Combine this with the soft and gentle flavours of vanilla and you have yourself an alluring and mellow smell.

Ingredients:

6 cardamom seeds (green)

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

½ cup water

Method:

1. Crack cardamom seeds to expose pods.

2. Put all bits of cardamom into a small saucepan with water and bring to a gentle boil, then remove from heat.

3. Allow water cool completely before transferring into a spray bottle.

4. Add vanilla extract, seal spray bottle and shake.

5. Adjust amount of vanilla extract depending on your preference.
