Caxton Joburg North West staff and volunteers are causing quite a buzz in Melville today.
Our Caxton Elves are on site and with the help of City Power they are replacing more than 800 Christmas light bulbs.
7th Street has been closed off as the Christmas lights, which hang across the street, are being replaced.
