Art exhibition dedicated to a legend
Will Ferreira, a journalist, designer and artist has a personal collection of famous artists’ works, which may also be on display on the day.
An art exhibition dedicated to Will Ferreira will be held in the Chapel at Ramkiki Country Estate, Ruimsig on 1 December 2019, from 9am till 4pm.
Exhibition organiser, Susan Traut Allin said, “More artists have promised to post their art, but so far we have Andrè Austin, Zenon Rozycki, an international artist who resides in South Africa, and me as exhibitors.”
The Facebook group behind this exhibition is SAARTIN (South African Art Initiative), which supports artists in promoting their works.
There are more than 2 400 members on the group, which was founded by Will Ferreira, whose serious illness has prevented him from continuing to manage the group.
Susan said, “Petru le Grange and I will carry on with the management of the group. The exhibition is dedicated to Will and his hard work towards giving artists a platform.”
