I am a Horison resident and used to enjoy quiet moments at the Swan Circle Park. We could walk our dogs, let the children play and run around while enjoying reading time under the trees.
But now this has changed, as some motorcyclists have taken over the park. It is no longer safe for our children and it is no longer quiet and peaceful.
Where should we walk our dogs if they are taking over? Where can the children play cricket or soccer? The park is not for testing people’s driving skills – surely there are tracks or other areas where they can go with their motorbikes?
