Local JMPD officer and wrestler in hospital after accident
The accident happened while he was on duty
JMPD officer and wrestler at Honour Wrestling Association (HWA), George Wilhelm (X-terminator), was involved in a serious accident last night, 16 August while on duty.
According to a Facebook post from HWA, George us currently being treated at the Milpark hospital.
HWA is calling on wrestling fans and the community to keep X-Terminator in their prayers and wished him a speedy recovery.
Chief Superintendent Wayne Minnaar, the Johannesburg Metropolitan Police Department’s spokesperson, confirmed that the accident was caused by a drunk driver who skipped a stop sign.
Minnaar added that the driver has been arrested at the scene and taken to Florida Police station.
“George did not sustain any serious injuries, and is in a stable condition. I am sure he will make a good and stable recovery,” Minnaar concluded
