We now have to book an appointment on www.natis.gov.co.za to renew our driver’s licences. They are supposed to open slots every day at 7.45am.
But, for the past two months, I have tried, but all the slots show zero availability. And, if you go directly to the licensing offices, they turn you away, saying you have to book online.
My question is: are the slots ever released? Aren’t the number of slots being released too few for the number of applicants?
I do not know what to do, as my licence expires in August. It needs to be renewed four weeks before it expires.
