VIDEO: Late night collision on Ontdekkers – patients airlifted to hospital

Several people are believed to have been airlifted and some transported to hospitals following a serious collision last night, Saturday 25 May, on Ontdekkers Road in Horison.

The exact cause of the accident cannot be established at this stage; however, authorities arrived to a scene of a wrecked taxi lying on its roof, before midnight.

Authorities including the City of Johannesburg Fire Department remained on scene to further investigate the full cause of the accident and clear the affected route for traffic flow.
