Why are we being bullied as a community by the robbery of this country?
My previous property refund has still not been paid, but I have been handed over because I cannot afford this City of Johannesburg thing. I work in Soweto, where most people owe as much as R500 000 on their statements, and we are harassed because we can’t pay. What can we do as a Roodepoort community about this robbery?
