On Tuesday, 9 April, I had the pleasure of renewing my driver’s licence at the Licensing Department opposite Florida Lake.
I had booked my appointment online a while ago, but then at the last minute someone said that they renew them opposite Florida Lake and in Roodepoort, and I was not able to find out where I was booked. I was in a state and took a chance and went to the one opposite Florida Lake, which turned out to be the correct place.
From the time I arrived, all the staff were so helpful that I felt more at ease. They could not have been more helpful, and the whole process went very smoothly. It turned into a pleasant experience, thanks to all the efficient staff, and the whole process did not take very long – much quicker than it used to be.
