Another property in Roodepoort has been broken into and valuables including a television set stolen this afternoon, Thursday, 7 March.
According to a Bhekani Security officer, the incident happened in Horizon, where the suspects, driving a new blue Audi A4, forced entry into the property by bending and folding out the burglar gate protecting the door.
Valuables such as a laptop, computer and jewellery were stolen by the suspects who ransacked the property during their presence.
The property owners are said to have been knocked down by the suspects when they encountered them on their driveway while attempting to escape.
It is unclear if any serious injuries were sustained during the ordeal. The Record will follow on this matter.
