Bastion hosts its annual One Kilometre Run this Saturday
The One Kilometre Run is set to start at 8.30am.
Hoërskool Bastion is once again hosting its annual One Kilometre Run this Saturday, 12 January.
The event is open to the public and school groups, and has the eight categories of primary boys, primary girls, junior boys, junior girls (U/14 and U/15), senior boys, senior girls (U/16 to U/19) and the open category for adults.
The first race is set to start at 8.30am at the school’s main gate, and participants will run 500m up and 500m back again.
Prize handouts will be done at about 10.30am.
The entry fee for the public is R20, and schools can sign up groups for R100. Final registration will start at 7.30am on Saturday.
